Your order
What you're buying, delivery timelines (within 48 hours), and what a personalized film includes.
Photo rights & permissions
You confirm you have the right to upload the photo provided and to have a film created from it. This section will cover consent for images of children.
Licensing & personal use
What you may do with the finished film (personal, non-commercial keepsake use) and what you may not.
Refunds & remakes
Our satisfaction guarantee: reply within one day of delivery for a remake or a full refund. The final terms will state the exact process.
Acceptable use & liability
Prohibited uses, limitations of liability, and how disputes are handled.
